Artistic Director, 2nd Act
Ana Bess Moyer Bell is a
master's level clinician, drama therapist, and commissioned playwright.
She is the Executive Director of 2nd Act, a national
nonprofit, with the mission
to change the way people and communities respond to the impact of
substance use. She specializes in treating: trauma, grief, and
addiction. She has practiced and taught drama therapy nationally and
internationally. Ms. Moyer Bell is currently a senior advisor
to Rhode Island Governor Daniel J. McKee on substance use, harm
reduction, and recovery.
