A multi-year cultural diplomacy initiative connecting Saudi Arabia and the United States; incorporating a 10 city US exhibitions tour and artists residencies in New York, Detroit, Memphis, Salt Lake City, Jeddah, Riyadh, Dhahran and Abha.
In 2014, amid rising anti-Arab and anti-Muslim sentiments in the U.S., Edge of Arabia launched CULTURUNNERS to connect Arab and American artists. The project, involving institutions like MoMA and the Smithsonian, included a 30,000-mile RV journey. It supported over 200 artists and engaged 800,000 visitors, offering new perspectives through major media platforms.
